Shipping

We ship all parcels using Royal Mail. If there is cause to change to a different carrier you will be notified prior to shipping. All parcels are sent tracked.

Our standard parcel serice is 48 Tracked.

Dispatch Times:

We aim to dispatch items within 1-3 working days. If the item you have purchased is unusually large and is currently out of stock, it may take longer to dispatch your order. You will be notified if this is the case.

Our post collection is at 12 noon so orders received after 11am will not be shipped till the following day.

Expedited Shipping:

If you require expedited shipping please select First Class or Next Day at checkout. Some items (especially during busy periods like Christmas) may need to be made to order and therefore will not be available for next day delivery. If the item you wish to purchase needs to be sent out immediately, please contact us to make sure it is in stock before purchasing.

Non-UK Shipping:

Please note, for customers outside the UK import levies and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Shipping times may vary and can sometimes take longer than expected due to hoilday periods etc.

Unfortunately, due to post Brexit rules and regulations, we are not currently shipping to Europe but you can still purchase our items through our Etsy or Ebay listings.
